At Harmony Supply, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories (if applicable).
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Harmony Supply will cover return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
After you have placed an order, if it is not within 12 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
